Don't you just scan your Flybuys card at the checkout?
It says u have to activate the offer first
Then activate it by clicking the link in your e-mail or flybuys app?

You can login to your Flybuys account https://my.flybuys.com.au/dashboard and see what is listed in 'Offers Available', you may also get an email about the offer.
