Just a heads up from personal experience that West Elm is horrendous to deal with right now in terms of out of stock items and non-existent customer service.

If you manage to win this comp, you may never honestly receive your prize.

  That sounds just like Freedom. The stores were actively avoiding customers calls (i wasn't one of the customers, just worked at the call centre company that was dealing with the calls that the stores weren't picking up, telling them sure they'll send that product that you've been waiting 6 months for…), and you can probably see why Freedom CEO changed. haha
