Hi guys,
I recently purchased the Catch Connect connect $109 SIM with the 240 GB data for my iPad pro. I know you can't make calls or text through the iPad but only wanted to use the data component of the SIM.
When I insert the SIM I'm seeing the 3G signal with full bars but there's no internet. I changed the APN settings to 'yesinternet' but still nothing. I've been through the sparse help available on catch and Optus and Ive found nothing.
Any ideas?
try using "reset network settings" on the ipad.
Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
also try the sim in a phone and make sure it's working.
