Not for me, but saw this was a fair bit cheaper than other stores for a upper mid range creator oriented X570 board.

Free shipping over $399 if you decide to buy anything else to tip it over that mark.

    Wish it’s an itx board.

    • True - this is ATX

Tbh I'm not sure whether I'd be better off with this or a gaming board for video editing…

      • Do you need 4xm2 slots? The USB slots? Integrated graphics? 6x sata? 3x pcie slots? No, then get a consumer or gaming one.

My kingdom for an am4 version for the vision d z590i

      • Rumour has it this might replace the Vision range? (According to some youtube videos)

        • I'm currently waiting for an iTX version though, which only comes with the Intels at the moment. Hopefully this does eventually make its way onto the smaller form factor

    • Glad it's not an ITX board - unless you've got a severe space shortage where your PC lives, full size machines offer better thermals, better expandability, wider component choice, etc etc

      • Yeah but that's exactly why itx exists, because we don't all have spaces. Especially when you factor in studio gear. That's why we have choices, it's the fact it's not available that's disappointing at the moment when there is an Intel version that is perfectly functional in an iTX form

        • yes and no.

Not all people wanting an itx is because they do not have enough space. I like a small case for its very clean look and I have already built one, but with an matx board. the last component to upgrade is the mb from the current newish matx to an itx.

          • @aec: Yeah I'm building a mini itx for the minimalist look. Going to throw in a custom loop as well. I've got plenty of space on my desk but I just want a challenge and kinda had enough of having an o11d that everyone and their mother has.

  • Can anyone confirm if this "VisionLink" thing is compatible with Thunderbolt? I'm guessing it's basically just their stupid name for USB4

  • what is the typical goto CPU (5950X ?) with motherboards like this, it costs more than 5600X itself.

    • IDK about you but I generally only return things when they are faulty. If you buy something and change your mind someone loses out. Would you rather them not accept refunds? Idk 15% sucks but also wouldn't you be frustrated by people screwing you over all the time buying things than sending them back and losing all your profit from that sale and all the manhours to get nothing.

It's not just the returns they've proven to severely lack in, If you run into ANY problems, support is non-existent. How would you feel buying a monitor that gueinely has an unacceptable amount of dead pixels out of the box and ROSMAN makes sure to become absolutely unavailable at all times to not help you?

So when nearly every other retailer doesn't do this crap to you, the bar they set is pretty fricking low.

So how about just not buying from them at all? Can't return things if you never made a sale, that must make Rosman really happy.

You can still talk directly with the manufacturer if they leave you high and dry. I'm located near one of their outlets and so I don't have quite the same issue. You can always purchase with Paypal for extra protection (always recommended anyway). I have an issue when a brand advertises and will sell an item without clearly stating backorder as is with the case for digiDirect and nowhere in their marketing materials does it say anything about this. With the 15%, I mean Centrecom doesn't even accept returns for change of mind. With the same logic applied they should get neg voted too but they never do, it's accepted. ACCC will always have your back and Paypal. I'm not sure where you are getting the dead pixels monitor example from but you can't really generalise unless there are lots of examples. Overall they seem positive on Trustpilot

True the shop will play you to suit their agenda. Won't and will not ever buy from Rosman. They're very sneaky. I noticed they like to manipulate the stock level and kept changing the price at the same time. My pre-order was available because for one night I saw the item was actually in stock but they deliberately withheld the item by changing the status of the card availability. For almost 2 weeks they made excuses. Finally, when I pressed the issue they admitted they wanted me to pay more before posting the item.

I told them I wasn't going to pay it and requested to refund the money immediately, but more excuses. Long story short, speeded up the process by claiming through PP and CC chargeback.
