  Anyone used one of these before with a magsafe 15w mount for Iphone?

    Yes I’ve bought a few of the “15w” MagSafe car mounts and can only achieve a max of 10w using any charger. This is with my 13 pro max.

      So I looked into it and were you using this charger or a similar output? Also has to be using the USB C from the charger to the mount USB C port.

        I’ve used this one and another 60w car charger, using usbc to usbc. Also tried using an Anker 240v 30w brick, same result.

        Getting a brilliant 27w using wired connection to my iPhone with this though.

          @vodamerc: Interesting, was the usb c cable a 100w or high specced one as well?

          This was the main reason I was looking at this charger for 15w magsafe use.

          I suppose 27w wired charging direct to the phone in car is a good alternative anyway - as I wouldn't leave the cable connected to the magsafe mount and would be plugging in as required, so no real difference to plugging direct to phone rather than mount.

            @rysith: Only used 60w cables. But should work absolutely fine.

            10w via magsafe still seems reasonably fast though, I only plug in directly when I need to charge the phone super quick.
