I ship small packages (5-10pounds) about once a month through USPS but they are starting to annoy me. Anyone have any recommendations for alternatives? Thank you.
Anyone Ship Packages from USA to Aus? What Service Do You Use?
Comments
I've gone back to direct shipping where ever possible. When I have to I use USGoBuy. Do not use Shipito. I've gone into why on other posts here that you should be able to find using the search function.
FedEx
I do a fair bit, ive found that there are two decent options. First option is buynship for smaller parcels (under 4lb) - second option which i use for consignments up to 100lb is Ship7.
Buyandship looks good but there's no mention of shipping times on their website. What's typical for shipping from US in these atypical times.
So you essentially send it to their warehouse in Seattle, it then takes about a week to get to Hong Kong.
You confirm the parcels and pay for it, it then takes about 5 days to get here from Hong Kong (they use Toll).Ta very much.
Are these all expensive? Eg. If I’m just shipping a few clothing items am I going to pay $100?
Yep!
Either the seller service, or my business UPS account (but UPS isn't cheap usually).
If I want to group a few items then send, I use Comsgateway.
Planet Express, they now have warehouses in sales tax free Oregon but you would have to pay premium account for that otherwise free account.
