30% off Aerometrex MetroMap 2D - Viewer Plan $38.50/Month, Pro Plan $115.50/Month @ MetroMap (Historical Aerial Image Provider)

120

I got an email from Aerometrex that they are currently offering significant discount to their metromap products, including 3D images, historical aerial images. For those who dont know what it is, they offer similar product to Nearmap, but at signiciant discount in comparison. Nearmap dont advertise their price online anymore so i dont know how much it really costs at the moment. I do however know Nearmap is much more expensive.
If you has a nearmap account, if you can leave a comment on how much your membership costs would be helpful for other to compare.
Metromap current subscription rate for 2d aerial image after discount at $38.50 a month. Historical images are useful for town planning, property development, property investing, checking neiboughoor area, or even spying on your neighbor backyard (although this may not be a good word but it is true)
They take aerial images of each capital city a few times a year, and image resolution are much better than google map, and offer similar quality to nearmap.

Edit: In additional to the cheaper price, one key benefit of MetroMap in comparison to NearMap would be that Metromap offers unlimited usage, where Nearmap charges various as per different usage limit, e.g. 50mb per month.

  • Are they better then nearmap

  • Aerometrex do better 3D models (purchase separately). Similar quality 2D/vertically imagery, but Nearmap captures more often (6-8 weeks vs 12 - 14 weeks), have a wider capture footprint across Australia and have a bigger database of historical images.

'really cost' is being used as a synonym for 'precisely costs'.

Used both for work, switched permanently to Metro Map. Local Adelaide company and far superior coverage.
