Looking for a cheap lock for a bike. I will be parking inside my work building basement anyway and at home it doesn't need to be locked so it doesn't have to be one of those expensive metal U style ones.

All bike cable locks can easily be cut with hand tools in a few seconds. U locks on the other hand, take at least a few minutes to cut with a portable angle grinder and this tends to attract more attention.
If your bike is worth more than a hundred dollars and a bit of inconvenience, then I recommend getting at least something like a Kryptonite U-lock. I use a Kryptonite New York (standard size), which was a lot cheaper from Amazon.com than it is in Australia. They have straight, rather than round keys (round keys were vulnerable to the 'bic pen' approach many years back).
