Few months back I saw the deal
For $78 cable Internet from Telstra. Which consist of 200gb no peak or off peak, line rental on a 24month plan. Do they still do it?

The promotion was valid till the end of February unless Telstra decided to extend it. The URL was www.telstra.com/actually , but it appears to be redirecting to their standard bundle page so it would appear they've discontinued the offer.
It looks like they only have these deals on their website (http://www.telstra.com.au/bundle-save/index.cfm)
