Devolver Digital tried releasing this specific collection on the Nintendo eShop for Switch I think 2 years back, and it was again refused classification like in 2015 when it was released. Might as well give it a go? I enjoyed the first game, pretty good and it's a good price too.
From memory it was actually available for purchase on Switch for a short while before getting pulled.
For those that got it then it remained on their account.
I think you might still be able to get around it if you switch regions to somewhere it's available, purchase and then Switch back.
Though its a bit of faff as I think most credit cards don't work on foreign eshops so you'd need to buy eshop credit through a code. Then you need to make sure you get your balance to $0 before you can swap back to your original region.
Worth the effort tho, lol if you haven't played it yet. Very fun.
yeah i noticed that on the ps store too the other day and thought the same thing. very strange

I just ended up buying it off the US Sony store. Only really gave the first game a go thus far so.
