  Straight up rejected my application and blocked my account a few years back. Would not advise the reason for the rejection. Really shady practices.

  Also straight up rejected my application to lend my car despite a perfect driving, credit and insurance record - also with absolutely no explanation and was not interested in talking to me afterwards. They were happy to leave an enquiry on my credit record though, affecting my credit rating. Would stay away.
