    This item is only stocked in the QLD warehouse - so there is no Sydney pickup location. There is nowhere to test the chair in Sydney.

    Hi anarky,

    The Cascade looks similar although a cheaper design (most office chairs appear similar at a quick glance).

    The Cascade chair has a far lighter mechanism with no seat slide adjustment for taller individuals. The Ayre chair's mechanism also has a multi position lock functionality.

    The Ayre is also rated as more heavy duty (i.e. 135KG rating on the Ayre vs 120KG on the Cascade)

    The Ayre is also internationally tested by BIFMA for heavy duty commercial use.

  Seems comparable \ better value than the Office Works equivalent "Haworth Aloha Easy Lite Chair" $499
  Would caution against buying a chair without testing first, or reading 'trusted' reviews.
