just a heads up about MPOW.. bought 2 pairs of headphones from them about 10months ago (for kids remote learning), and both have the same problems. Both started fading in and out on calls, and then now you cannot hear anything out of either of them. Contacted MPOW for support via their website, but you get an automatic bounce back saying "go through the vendor". Contacted the vendor who want me to send them a video of the headphones not working before they'll even consider any warranty on them!! So i connected them to an ipad, played a video and turned the volume up full and showed there was no sound coming out… apparently it wasn't good enough
so i gave up and threw them in the bin
