I'm keen to buy a chunk in the upcoming GitLab IPO. What platforms do you use and why (low fees, ease of use)?

I was trying to buy Gitlab shares on secondary market about 1-2 years ago but was unsuccessful. Back then their advertised valuation was $2.5B.
No doubt Gitlab will shoot up way beyond $8B valuation on day 1.
It's a software company selling subscriptions to enterprises with deep pockets. It's a money making machine.
I hear you, the same happened with Facebook and many others. In the little amount of IPO I've done, I've had success (ASX:ABB) but understand I'll make a bad decision one day.
I'm confident this IPO will be successful and it will only shoot up afterwards, otherwise, this could be that bad decision.
I use gogs. Bitbucket for remote storage. They cost $0
IPOs are a bit like the casino, you'll lose on average but the few that make 10x will attract all the investors.Isn't that just investing in general?
I plan to buy and retain for 5+ years
OP, what platforms do you use now for US trading? Are you looking to opening another account with new broker? You will need to be quick as some applications can take a while.
Why do you want to buy the IPO?
It's common knowledge that VC damp their stonks on the first day and rekt retail IPO.
Have a look at ASX:CRW. Rekt retail that bought the IPO is crying every night before they go to sleep.
