I've been eyeing this watch off for a while and hoping it came under $500.
It has solar, a slide rule (so can do calculations - trust me, i'm an engineer), 5 year warranty, Australian stock, 200m water resistance and has a saphire crystal face <3

Hope someone else appreciates this too xx

The ultimate companion for the frequent flyer, the Citizen Eco-Drive Promaster CB5001-57E features a radio-controlled time-keeping function to capture a time signal in four areas around the world (Japan, China, Western Europe and the US) and automatically adjust the time. Fitted with a 1/1 second chronograph that can measure up to 60 minutes, an aviator slide rule and a world time function for instant switching to the time of 24 cities, this is a pilot’s watch with multi-functions and a high level of practical utility. Featuring sleek black dial with sapphire crystal glass and 200 meter water resistance.

I have a Citizen Titanium watch that you can set the time with the radio signal - in australia you need to jerry up an app with some headphones to make it work - pretty cool. But no atomic clock signal here, so its the only way you can do it.

Hi, what's the app you are using? I have a citizen promaster , purchased in France 10 years ago , and i tried to use some apps from Google play store, since i moved in Australia, but it never worked… Thank you

      • I think the app is called WWVB Emulator. I personally never tried it, I just know it exists in case one day I will need it.

        Hope this help.

I just found this app which I'll try out when my watch arrives

took me a while - ended up using corded ear buds at nearly max volume and moving the bud around the watch til i found the right spot. http://www.jrcomputing.com.au/Set_Watch/Set_Watch_Auto.html is what i used, tried a few apps, they all work once you get the spot going.

        • And how often do you normally use the app to sync the time?

I'm hoping the watch accuracy without the radio sync is better/as good as +/- 15 sec/month

          • @Exprise: ive had the watch for roughly 6 months and im probably going to set it for the first time since my initial pfaffing about the first time, sometime soon. Its about 1 minute off. This is the model i have Citizen Super Ti CB0219-50L
