Hi OP, just wondering where do you find the discount code? Did you negotiate with Banggood?

I wanted to buy a powerbank hence looking for a code for that…

    • +7

I found this coupon on their Facebook page but you can DM the rep and ask for a coupon.

Or you can enter the URL here to check for any current coupons.

      • Thanks, was hoping for another deal like this

      • Haha got that site bookmarked!

      • Thats such a useful site. thanks OP.

      • You sir/madam the real mvp.

    • asking the real questions

      • @usernamechecksout correct

  • +1

Finally a quality USB 20W PD and QC3 charger.

Getting tired of the Tersely SpAmazon chargers that are sourced from Alibaba for about $3 a pop. You can get a SAA certificate for any electronic device by getting it checked out for $600. Seriously these Alibaba and AliExpress importers are making a killing while laughing at the "Professionals"…..

  • Ordered, thanks OP!

  • Looks like a great deal. Tempted even though I have no need for another charger!

  • +1

As pointed out in the previous deal, aren't these prety much the same thing but Amazon delivery times instead https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B092TNNDMP/ref=ppx_yo_d…

    • +3

Yeah $14.99 for 1 delivered. I'd take that just for the hassle free returns/warranty, even if it might be marginally lower quality as some say.

      • Confused which one to buy. This or one from Amazon?

      • Paying another $1.50 goes against the Ozbarginer culture. Hand in you membership now.

        • They’ve been less money than this deal plenty of times

  • Do these types of chargers support the fast charge option of Xiomai Poco and say One Plus 6? These phones seem to have proprietary chargers that do that fast charge so wondering if you use say this one would it still charge that fast, or slower?

I'm just wanting to get rid of the overseas travel adaptors that need to be used with the original charger.

    • +1

Xiaomi should be OK, but for one plus you will need a dash/vooc compatible charger
These will still charge OP phones but in slower rate

  • Been using this to charge my Lenovo Duet Chromebook, iPad, Samsung phones, etc. Works as advertised!

  • Come out to $21 AUD for me at checkout with coupon applied.

    • Did you apply the code?
Which card did you use to pay?
I used my macquarie and it came out to be $13.38 AUD

      • Well I didn’t use a card as it says $21 so I didn’t proceed with payment. I only have an option for express shipping which is 7.88 AUD, did you get free shipping?

        • +1

Having the same issue due to shipping

        • Yes I did

Scroll down to the comments below and you can see others had similar issues but managed to sort it out

  • Anyone have any recommendations for a charger that can charge a Macbook and has 2x USB C ports?

    • Heymix 60W chargers - look them up - the version with 2x usb c and 1x usb a

    • +1

The Volta GIga (130W or 200W) has my interest for a high power USB charger if you run either a 15 or 16 inch macbook or a gaming laptop with 100W USB PD though is on indiegogo for November shipping they are a trusted brand though not one who will just ghost.

Think there is also the satechi 108W which you can buy locally without the wait which does 90W from main port.

If you are only using a M1/13inch/air then you wont need 100W and there are probably many cheaper 60W chargers that said the Volta Giga could do 2 65W macs at the same time if thats of any use to you.

  • Got one, thanks!

  • Same problem as last time with Banggood. Price is listed in USD at checkout and it wants to charge me shipping no matter what. Price comes to $15.23 with coupon and unchecked shipping insurance.

Cannot for the life of me ever get the advertised price let alone AUD pricing despite following the OPs link. Unhappy camper.

    • yeah and even the code cannot be used on flash sales so only takes a dollar off the already reduced price, also other similar chargers are already cheaper than this one.

    • Worked for me, got exactly $9.59USD and since I'm with ING I changed Paypal currency conversion to USD so it works out cheaper than $13.36

      • You guys using their app or the website? I’m using their website on my iPad.

    • I had to clear my cart. Click on the op's go to deal link. Add to cart. Check out. Shows as 27$ then add the coupon and got the 13$ discount. Price showed as AUD the whole time. I am logged in to my account though. Via my mobile on their site and paid with PayPal

      • Done all that several times.

        Banggood’s website is f###kd. I give up.

        • Do you have your address set before you enter checkout? I didn't the first time I added to cart and the price was full with shipping even after I put the code in.

          • @sprtn: Yes. Also tried removing, reentering several times.

  • For people who are having issues with Banggood charging shipping just click on shipping method to change shipping from express to standard. Not sure why they default shipping to express. Thanks OP.

    • +3

There’s never the option to change to standard. It only offers express.

  • got one, thanks OP.

  • +1

When I go to checkout it adds on "AU Express Shipping" at US$12.33 and there are no options to remove or change to standard shipping.

    • +2

I worked it out. I had to put in my address, even though I was logged into my account. Then it gave me the option to change to FREE shipping.

      • How you do that? I try to put my address in again and still stuck at express shipping…

        • After that, still need to select standard shipping under Shipping > in order, to remove express shipping.

  • Got one, changed shipping to standard

  • Got one. Thanks OP.

Defaulted to AUD ($13.40) instead of USD, but was too lazy to change. Are BG transactions still treated as FX transaction when paid in AUD?

    • +1

Yes it is based on the source of the transaction Ie. Offshore.

  • there are lots of other chargers cheaper than this

  • What is OzB’s opinion on getting the blitzwolf lightning cables alongside this charging brick? Looking to get some more USB A to lightning cables but there’s so many

    • I've been using the BlitzWolf braided cables for several years now and definitely has good longevity.

      • Have you ever compared them to anker cables by any chance?

    • Blitzwolf are very premium
for a little less $$$ u can get Baseus which are equally premium

  • no standard shipping option but express shipping with US$5.74

    • Put in your address and itll come up

      • Doesn't work….I have already added 6 times, clean up the cart and start though all over and selected standard shipping before add to cart.
Express shipping just only the single option before pay.

    • Not a valid reason to neg a good Deal.

      Free standard shipping is offered:
      Shipping AU Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery on Oct 8th, 2021

      Explained before in BG Deals.
It's an annoying random Bangood issue, which most are able to easily resolve by reentering address & THEN select standard shipping.

Did you select standard shipping from the Shipping menu in the order, AFTER reentering address? It's not automatically applied.
Worked for me. (Hadn't made an order in ages, possibly requiring reentry of address.)

  • +2

No deal. No option to select free delivery - express only.

  • +2

This coupon can only be used 200 times.
    :(

    • The flash deal bar shows only 8 pcs sold LOL

      • I tried it on a multi charger and got the 200 use error, I dont need the charger posted

  • Missed it!

  • This or the 25w version(https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0987X8FD2) for Samsung S21?

    • more watts are always better because it means faster charging speeds, oneplus even has one that goes all the way up to 65watts yeeeeehawwww

      • More watts doesn't necessarily mean faster charging unfortunately.

      • charging speed depends on two factors namely Charger and Phone.

Charger with higher wattage can charge a phone faster providing the phone accepts it.

e.g. if you phone's max intake is 10w, then it doesnt matter if you use 10w, 20w, 50w or 100w… they will charge the phone at the same speed.

    • Also curious to know for a S21 charger - assume 25watt is the highest it goes?

  • Coupon code doesn't work at check out.

  • SAA?

  • +3

Have asked the rep if they can extend the coupon.

    • +2

      Code working now 👍
      Total(1): AU$13.40 GST INCL

  • +1

Doesn't work anymore. I got this error "This coupon can only be used 220 times"

    • maybe someone just bought 220 chargers

  • Has this shipped for anyone yet? My order is still being processed

    • Yeah, ordered same day as this deal was posted received mine last week

    • I ordered mine on the same day as the deal. It shipped on the 1st but the courier said they never received the physical package. Banggood are processing a refund today.

      • Turns out mine only shipped yesterday. Will wait and see if it shows up haha
