  I ordered cases for iPhone XS Max, the cases either arrived with visible dirt marks or signs of being opened or the cutting and holes for the cases were not accurate (volume rocker).

  Opened a Paypal dispute and expect a full refund.

  I highly recommend anyone to not purchase the Rock Royce case as the volume rocker hole cutout is not accurate and that the case itself is very flimsy and not useable.

      eBay is littered with ~$1.67 cases that actually fit.

      yeah, I bought 5 and spent $10. $10 for 5 cases, where 3 of them do not fit, 1 has a stain on it and the flip one is just not useable.
