Does it have perfume in it? I don't know why everyone has to put some kind of migraine causing perfume in everything.

Dangerous misinformation in that eBay post, they're using "alcohol" and "ethanol" interchangeably. They're NOT the same thing.

Ethanol is the type of alcohol in wine, beer and spirits. Incredibly unlikely this product contains 75% ethanol, because if it was, government excise would make it much more expensive.

Far more likely the seller doesn't know that "alcohol" covers a range of different chemicals, which are poisonous to drink (with the partial exception of ethanol, which is still poisonous in larger quantities).

This product almost certainly contains propanol, a type of alcohol usually used in hand sanitizers. Propanol is also known as "isopropyl alcohol" and a handful of other names, but it IS NOT ethanol.
