Optus is offering the Prepaid $30 SIM Starter Kit for $10 online including delivery.
Current offer for new numbers/port ins on the $30 plan is 40GB for the first 3 recharges on the $30 Optus Prepaid Epic Data plan with 28 day expiry. First three recharges must occur within 90 days of activation.
Perfect for testing out Optus with a reasonable amount of data or for porting out from another Telco for a time period.

Noooo they (Optus) stopped this. "From 30 September 2021, we're removing the ability to use Direct Carrier Billing".

Anyone know of any ways to use direct carrier billing (Pay by SMS). It used to be really popular a few years ago, lets you pay for things without a credit card. Seems like optus will stop direct carrier billing next week and I can't find anything that uses it in Australia
