The trimmer also stopped cutting. It makes all the vibrating noises. I've since fully charged it and also cleaned it in it's station. Still won't cut. Can anyone provide any suggestions on a fix/ checks before trying a new replacement head? Thanks

9290cc - huge engine for a shaver!
If the head and trimmer have stopped cutting/moving, but it is still making sounds like its running. Then something has come apart inside the unit.
Unless you're good at pulling things apart and fixing them, he's dead Jim.
Contact Braun, I've found their service to be good. Even fixed a US-purchased unit out of warranty period.

Update : The shaver started working again just as I going to pack it up and ship to the service center. shrugs
