  i've bought cheap ones as well. and it fell apart when i took it out of the ciggy socket. i got a better quality gecko charger. sometimes you can't cheap out with your car/phones

  I have bought several of these from eBay (same type, just different color). None of them have fallen apart or damaged phones etc. I recommend them (from where ever you want to buy them)
