i just bought some of those $8 groupon hoyts vouchers and at a point the hoyts site had a pdf file to download a invoice for claiming your members welcome pack at the cinemas, but i forgot to print it and the invoice isnt in my emai or hotys account, what should i do?

actually i already have the voucher code , iv done all the steps in the hoyts website, and ended up having a problem printing out the invoice which i need to present to hoyts to claim my hoyts card and ticket.
Actually if you login to your Hoyts Reward and click on Your Reward Bonuses, you will see details of your free ticket and how to redeem it online. If you want to go to the cinema and use it physically, I believe you just need to show them your drivers licence and/or your name and DOB and then you can pick up your welcome pack at the cinema. Hope this helps
so when i get there all i need is my id to claim it? so i dont need the invoice sheet? because i printed it out , the 2nd one i acidently didnot print it. al i see there is what i copy at the bottom, doesnt tell me how to get my ticket at the box office, only prent my members card which i dont haVE…

I didnt print it either, because my understanding is they have the record on their system and will be able to give the free ticket as long as you can show your ID to prove you are the account holder. If you don't have any ID, just a name and DOB will do - at least that's what it said
Cheers mate. The first invoice said bring the invoice and ID that's what I found confusing, and groupon doesn't give aI clear explanation also hoyts.
When the deal is finished (which is midnight end of Friday), you will see it in your groupon "My account" on the top right.
