Looking to source red meat in bulk from somewhere other than the major supermarkets for a change.
Anyone know any butchers that might rival their prices, who also deliver? Inner or Western Sydney?
Google is overwhelming with the paid adverts.
Not into wagyu or anything fancy, just lamb, beef and beef bones.
Hoping to get some organic beef bones for bone broth, perhaps somewhere that might stock those?

A few of these places if you buy in bulk or buy the specials it’s pretty good value. I normally just buy the specials and freeze them to save multiple delivery fees.
I regularly hit up Tender Gourmet Butchery but they might be outside of your price range though. Sausages are amazing however.
As for bone broth, I just drink Best of the Bone.
Good butchers are never cheap in my eyes.
I like Haverick Meats, they supply to some nice restaurants like Bistecca.
