  Geez just about 5 or so minutes away is Water Tunnel carwash which you can get their highest tier wash for $99.95 and a free coffee while you wait and watch.

  Haven't gotten it myself before but I've done one of the lower tiers once before after a roadtrip and it was good.

  Sounds like a rip off. That's maybe 1 hr work?

  Also not sure this is considered essential goods and services to be operating during lockdown either.

  I think the voucher is borderline illegal with its 60 day expiry.
