It's not often that I'm impressed with customer service these days, but thought I'd recommend the Oppo send in repair service.
Local kiosks were quoting $150-$175 to replace a cracked screen, ended up going with covid safe mail in service.
Phone sent, repaired and received in just over a week, $90 in total.
brands like oppo are underrated. when i was looking for a new phone, i found that most of the chinese brands seemed to be much better phones at better prices than comparable samsung / apple offerings. everyone still wants samsungs or apples though.
