Looking for iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd or 4th Gen)

I'm looking for an iPad Pro 12.9" either 3rd gen (2018) or 4th gen (2020).

My primary use is for drawing and I think these slightly older versions would be more value for money than the new iPad Pro 12.9" which is $1,649.

However, I'm finding it hard to look for any deals under $1,100. The only thing I can find is the iPad Pro 12.9" 4th gen on the Apple website for $1,149.
