Found these lights in VIC Epping costco store, not sure if they're on sale at every costco store, but showing them this pic from another store might work.

On the Costco website they're not discounted.

    Yes, use a switch relay. Allows for both physical and software control at the same time. Electrician only to install.

  Only warm white, no options for other white colours.
