  Has anyone had the SN Torpedo? Is it worth getting as I heard they age quite badly.

    It's a great beer. "Aging" has as much to do with storage temperature as age. Stored cool/cold it should be fine. But I rarely buy US beers (especially hoppy pale ones) because of the difficulties in transporting them.

        That's the question I ponder every time I go to the bottle-o… Always fun to try a new beer, and if it's been transported well then I reckon you'll enjoy it (if you like hoppy beers). Personally I try to support local independent Aussie brewers as much as I can.

            @[Deactivated]: My closest brewery is Ekim and they're stocked at the local bottle-o. Have a look Google maps and see what breweries are close to you and if they do deliveries / supply the local shops. I'm sure they'll appreciate your business.
