This seems like a very good price for the product, specially as subscribe and save. Same price for the sensitive ones. Great product!

OMO > surf
Surf to me is like bottom of the pile shit I'd find in the reject shopI think I stuffed up then 😅. Recently purchased a 150 pack of surf capsules for $29.99 at Costco (20c/capsule) still yet to try them out.
It'll still probably get the job done without leaving white marks but don't expect it to get off stains well. The smell is a big offender too, unless they've changed it - it always smelled terrible
Try it and if you don’t like it, return it. Benefits of buying from Costco.
Yep down there with FAB and SPREE.
I buy Surf when I go camping. Its decent enough for handwashing and cheap enough for me to just throw away rather than want to keep it
Surf is crap. Might as well wash in plain water.
Omo is one of the best, if not the best, laundry detergents.
Between Omo and Trimat at ALDI, don't bother with anything else.
How does Biozet fare among the competition?
Biozet was okay until they decided to pack it full with more perfume than a teenage girl on their first date.
Dynamo pro is better in my view.
I used to work at Unilever. Omo and persil are the same, surf is a chad product…
These are rated #1 on choice. I have switched to them and noticed a vast improvement in my washing
EDIT: Seems to have taken a drop on the latest reviews but still perform very well.
Minimum order quantity: 2 - for sensitive
Amazon Price matching Coles
https://shop.coles.com.au/a/broken-hill/product/triple-caps-…I'm still using powder, never tried one of these. What are the advantages that justify the price difference? (i.e. comparing to Biozet 2kg that on the regular specials get me 50 loads for $10).
Nothing. Personally I still prefer powder.
Dynamo Pro is $6.25 / $5.63(s&s) for 16 which works out under 40c per pod.

Sometimes the outer skin does not completely dissolve and leaves a jelly like residue in our Bosch front loader. Gave the rest away incase it clogs up the washing machine.
This happens to me when I forget to add the capsule in the drum at the beginning. If I add the clothes and then throw in a pod I find it doesn’t dissolve
When this happens I just bury it in the clothes (rather than placing it on top)
Works well enough
What are the benefits of capsules vs detergent liquid? Not the price that's for sure
Genuine question
Nothing. Just for those who are too lazy to put one scoop in the soap drawer.
The most recent CHOICE laundry review (August 2021) had the much cheaper Coles Ultra Concentrate Laundry Capsules as performing better than these Omo Capsules.
The Coles capsules were better at removing most stains than the Omo ones but the difference between them was pretty small and both were recommended by Choice.
At this price the Omo capsules represent a very good buy but at normal prices the Coles ones seem to be much better value.
Normal price Coles Ultra concentrate capsules $8/20 ($0.40 each)

I found the smell of these way too strong compared to Omo Ultimate powder.
End up going back to powder due to cost and more control over how much you use for different washes
Same here. Their scent is far too strong for me, even their sensitive capsules have fragrance (not sure why?). I am using Omo's old dual capsules which don't have that strong scent, then will switch to their sensitive powder or liquid when my current supply runs out.
Switching from an espresso machine to nespresso capsules was such a timesaver and I drink more coffee now. Same logic applies here?
Depends, do you need to change your underpants twice a day?
Do you use dishwasher tablets, liquid or powder?
Yes dishwasher tablets. I see where you're going with this. My concern is doing a light load with a capsule would be wasteful, but I guess I can fallback on powder. Bought a couple to try out either way.
To me a light load is a normal load with light colours but I'm assuming you're meaning a half load. In that case, it's exactly the same as running a dishwasher half full.
I never do it personally, but I can see how it might be considered wasteful to use a capsule made for a full load.
Does this contain optical brightener? I'm looking for good detergent without optical brightener but it's so hard to tell from the label
Is this OMO product a good quality capsule compared to something like surf? Or are laundry capsules pretty much all on the same level?
