Officeworks Change of Mind Return Policy on Monitors?

Hello guys,

I just wanted to know whether Officeworks provides 'change of mind' returns on a monitor if it is within the first 30 days of purchase? My one has too much backlight bleed and wanted to return it. I checked their policy and it said 'needs to be unopened'.

My guess is I am doomed but I would love to know your experience.

  If you have the box and receipt just call or email. Say faulty.

  Too much backlight bleed sounds more like a defective unit than change of mind. Try that avenue.

  I returned a monitor to officeworks after using it for a week. It was 4k and I found i didn't like it and would prefer 2k. Told them I wasn't happy with it and they took it back without any questions

    The ex has just done the same - the screen she got was too large for her desk space.

    Returned without question
