Cheapest I've seen Game of Thrones available so far in Australia - Big W have it for $49.84, JB Hifi have a version with an additional disc for $65, so not sure if they'll get into any price matching…. Within a few dollars of ordering from Amazon UK or US.

Yeah I had to wait a little while for my last order from Fishpond… I only saw the Big W price after posting and amended it then, I'll probably pick it up for Big W after all :p
I ordered 3 times from fishpond, never had an issue with them. I wouldnt buy this as you can watch them for free online. But fishpond is good in delivering to the gold coast.
Anyone considering getting this from FishPond do yourself a favor and pay the extra to get it from BigW.

If it doesn't sell well, it may get discounted like season 1 of Boardwalk Empire did. JB Hifi had the Blu-Ray of Boardwalk Empire for $26.98 for a few days only about 2-3 weeks after its release.
Buyer beware of fishpond. I will never order again from there. Do some research on their past history before making an order.

I would never pre-order something from Fishpond, and would urge others to do the same.
I finally got my Fishpond pre-order for Duke Nukem Forever over a month after the game had been released. I had preordered it through Fishpond 3 or so months before it was scheduled to come out. It was cheaper, but it certainly wasn't worth the wait. (Which I guess you could also say about Duke Forever!)
It also said '2 days to ship'. (infact, at first it was one of the 'super fast shipping 1 day' orders.)
Unless you want something day one, pre-ordering is a little silly anyway. Once they have been released all the vendors will fight off against each other for better prices, and there is very rarely a lack of stock.
I also have had a bit of a mixed experience with Fishpond. I ordered a CD and a book in the same order, the CD turned up a couple of days later (which I was very happy with), but the book kept getting delayed and delayed. In the end I cancelled it!

It is quite good. I got A games of throne for free from a kindle deal that someone posted. I am on book 3 at the moment.
Good price, but fishpond has a spotted history. You may get it quickly, but don't count on it.
