We are awaiting several good foreign shows in Disney plus and wondering how to get a cheap Indian Disney plus connection just like cheaper subscription for YouTube and others for Indian consumers?
I’ve got nord VPN. Is there a free trial as I can’t do much without paying $12 a month.
I have Disney plus hot star Indian subscription and I believe I paid $27 Aud for a year!!

Just putting it out there that you may need an Indian mobile number for OTP. I used my brothers number.
Maybe search to see if there is a way to do without OTP

I don't think there is. I tried it using one of those temp virtual mobiles (it seems it's all they're used for, if you when you see the msgs received), but never got the confo msg.
Hey man thanks for letting me know. Yes I need an OTP to enable the service is there a way to do this ? I know someone who might be able to help but i don’t want him to hack into my account. Is there a possibility for a hack ?
Now in terms of watching Disney plus from Australia do I have to use VPN all the time or just login once and that’s it ?
Bad news I can’t find anyone with Indian mobile number to sign up with OTP code.

Dreamforce have sent me a link for 12 months free Disney+, however when I attempt to sign up and enter my payment details, Disney refuses both my AUS issued debit card as well as my PayPal account. Any ideas on a workaround?

Indian Disnley + is called Hotstar and it requires an indian mobile number and requires a VPN to play in Australia.
it is not like netflix where you can buy Turkey account and then use in Australia with out VPN.

Apparently the Indian Disney + streaming is not high quality, that is very compressed and not 4k or even 1080p.
Anyone with a 4k tv setup care to comment on what quality streaming they getting from Disney +?

In order to get the Indian service on your tv do you just log onto the Australian Disney + app with your hotstar account via a VPN?
Or do you need to download the Indian Hotstar app aswell and not use Australian Disney+ app?

VPN every time, begging people to let you use their Indian mobile number, finding a payment card that will work, and then as lazydesi says they will ask you to re-validate every so often?
And it's less than $1 per week if you split/share your account with someone? I'm sure there is something easier you could do to save 90 cents per week.

yeah no issues with 4k buffering here.
i had horrible time with it using nord vpn but it was on wifi…. decided to signed up with disney+ AU and shared with my friends. Much better experience including better quality and lots of supported format. Hotstar version is complete trash.
