What Banks and Mortgage Rates Current Have The Best Mortgage Rates, with Either Fixed or Variable Loans?

Easy to find on the internet.

No change. Not because of the RBA but because the coming price rises for products due to cost of shipping will be like an interest rate rise. Some people call it inflation, but raising rates won't bring it down because it is simply supply chain disruptions. It is like raising rates to control food prices because of the drought.

If RBA does raise rates it is like taking money from the government and giving it to foreign investors (who hold Australian government bonds) and the government is coming for us (taxpayers) for money to pay the additional interest.

The interest rate can only go one way because it will nuke the economy if it goes in the other direction.

The best way to prepare for this is to own assets that outperform the negative effects from rates changes. Look for assets that have double digits RoR. Anything less would be a waste of time.
