Steadyrack Classic or Steadyrack MTB - easy to use / load / unload vertical storage bike rack.

Usually in stores for around $80, sometimes found in the $70-$80 range, and already discounted to probably an all time low of $69, and combined with BIRTHDAY10 or WELCOME10 voucher will save you another $10 to bring it to $59.

Edit: Don't forget Cashrewards / Shopback

(Yes - leaning the bike against the wall is cheaper, and so is using a $7 eBay special bike hook.)

  • Do these make storing multiple bikes much more compact? Looks like it in the pics…we've got 4 adult sized bikes and I'm looking for the best way to store them without taking up half a decent sized shed

    • You can stagger the bikes vertically so that the handlebars do not clash, and as a result the distance between bikes can be quite close. The way the front wheel rolls into the cradle means it is quite easy to load and unload, even with the varied heights. Hint: have each bike at least 5cm above the ground and it can then pivot side to side easier, potentially saving you more room.

    • Depending on how much wall space you have, you can swivel them so they are “flatter” against the wall.

      • If I can get them near flat, I'll keep them in the garage (or at least the ones that get used regularly). Otherwise I'm thinking of taking the front tyre off, turn the handlebars and hang it by the back wheel on a hook

        • I’ve got the front wheel in one and I like the fact I can swivel it until the (wide mountain bike) bars touch the wall. If that’s not enough space-saving, and you don’t mind the (minor) inconvenience of taking the front wheel on and off each time, I’d probably just go for the cheaper hook option.

  • Pretty smart stuff.
