Well… in the interests of being fair and balanced, while their deals are not necessary considered great 'catches' by ozb standards, my experience of their customer service in my 2 purchases from them this year have been top notch.
You were one of the very lucky ones….not many of us in here are with cotd..Hence would not recommend them to any one at all. sorry to negative a first post.not being rude or something but I just hate cotd!
