Anyone know why Costco aren't doing their fortnightly specials these days?
I've never seen Costco not offer these specials before.
Website and app says:
"In-Warehouse promotions are currently on hold."

Could be the reason… I haven't been into one for a few weeks in QLD.
Maybe they are just not advertising them online? This post would suggest there are still in-store specials:
Maybe that particular one was advertised a fortnight ago, if you look at the expiry date of tomorrow?

I went in to the North Lakes one last week. Pretty sure they had a board up at the entrance with the specials. But they weren't handing out the paper copies like they normally do
I don't think it's had an impact on browsing to be honest. There's thousands of people there everyday, clumped up, browsing every single section from electronics, jewellery, clothing, food, random stuff during lockdown.
They still exist in store, just no longer advertised in a brochure. You will have to browse the aisles to find them.

they get enough bad publicity with that new store in Newcastle so don't think they want to take any more risk.
I wish they would add delivery for their food products! That would be awesome.
Just going to state the obvious that in other three jurisdictions they are having lockdown and discourage people browsing. So they made a call to halt all stores?
One way or the other is unfair to some?
