I second that. I had ALDI mats in my previous ute and now in my Pajero.
these keep moving and aren't anti-slip. You're better off getting these heavy duty ones, they're more sturdy. they fit perfectly
Got those in the hatchback, good for a small car and easy to clean, but unlike these deep dish ones the dirt doesn't really stay on them.
so which would you recommend for a hatchback, the deep ones or kmart ones? don't understand what you mean by the dirt doesnt stay on them, do you mean they are easy to clean or the dirt goes in the car where you don't want it?
The Aldi one is a 'deep dish'. I.e. it's like 2 cm tray. So if you DO step in the car with mud, liquids, sand, it will stay inside the tray. So it's easy cleaning. The Kmart one is more aesthetically pleasing in a hatch (ALDI one does say 4WD, so more haven't duty but looks it too) but it only handles light work. Too much, and it will flow onto your car floor. I got young kids. So I would buy ALDI one over the Kmart (just got it now). Rainy days, horse riding, the beach post COVID, lots of ways to get mud in the car but I need it to be easy to take out and wash.
I purchased these last time they had them on special so they could be different but I ended up removing them.
They slid around too much on my vinyl floor AND THEY STINK! Like properly smell. I tried scrubbing them with various cleaning products and even a degreaser but they still smell so bad. Whole car smelt like rubber after a day or two of them sitting in the car.
Then again, they might have improved with this version.
I second this! I had the same exact problem! I tried everything but could not remove the smell. Ended up returning them but took days to get rid of the smell from the car
Can confirm they have not improved. They stink a lot!!
I've had two sets of these in the past. The seem like a decent design and fit well, however both front driver seat mats cracked within the first year.
Is it 1 year warranty?
wish they came out earlier, just brought a similar set from Costco for like $40
