I’m impressed by latitude cashbacks recently. Like Amex I’ve received them all a few days after the spend. Even those spend $ on anything for a month receive $20. They used to be unreliable.

lol, they mean they didn't know Liquorland had an option to pay by gift card…I haven't seen that option either, same with First Choice.

My last two Liquorland CRs didn't track. I know that is not CR's fault and they've been great about the follow up. Just giving ppl a heads up.
I've never had any other issues (with CR or SB), and follow all the t&c (re: gcs, apps vs. browser, authorised codes etc).
I haven't had any tracking issues with the CR app when purchasing from both Liquorland and First Choice

None of my purchases online (not app) have ever tracked with Liqourland and it has always been a pain in the butt to get CR to follow up. I refuse to use Liqourland now. It doesn't help that I have to chase Liqourland for an invoice as CR won't accept order confirmation showing it has been paid.
No ad blockers etc used either.
I am having the same issue with Dan Murphys as well.
I just checked my account and sure enough my last one hasn't tracked either. It's strange because I've never had a problem until this. Have just raised a claim with them.
FYI I put a large order through a few weeks ago when there was 20% with cashrewards and for some reason it wasn't tracked so now I'm waiting 30-90 days for them to investigate and decide if they will pay it. Strange as dozens of transactions either side tracked fine…
