From "PES" to "eFootball™"

It all began with the implacable determination to create a revolutionary football experience.
Our ambition was to recreate the perfect football environment, from the grass on the pitch, to the players' movement, all the way to the crowds in the stadium.
To this end, we decided to create a new football engine, with revamped animation system and game controls.
The final result was even more impressive than we had originally conceived.
We had gone beyond the border of PES, into a new realm of virtual football.
To signal this new era, we have decided to part ways with our beloved PES brand and rename it "eFootball™"!
Now we hope that you can enjoy this brand new football experience that eFootball™ has to offer.

Free to Play and Cross-Platform
To ensure that all football fans can enjoy the ultimate head-to-head action, eFootball™ is available Free to Play on multiple devices!
Furthermore, in the near future it will become completely cross-platform, allowing everyone to join the fun without being held back by their device of choice.
eFootball™ will take eSports to the next level, becoming the ultimate football experience!

  Mad played FIFA for ever got FIFA 2002- 20, have PES 2020 and 2021 and got the full kits, leagues etc off FM Scout and it's been an astounding football simulation.

  Anyone who is over FIFA scripts etc give it a trundle.

  Except this one is gonna be such trash with core game mechanics being added on after the game is released. That’s coming from a loyal PES fan since PS2 days.

    Not sure why you're getting downvoted, they've literally said that they're releasing the game in pretty much a beta edition, because they're taking "live service" way too far.

  Not all game modes will be free to play (you need to purchase DLC) and apparently you can only play with nine teams without in game purchases

    Well most PES games used to cost money, so I guess this is a first for a free PES game. Hasn't always been free to play.

  This was supposed to be on the new unreal engine but the budget changed and now the console version is the mobile version, isn't it?
