They will send you free food for your pet to try and a few other things, and also a birthday present each year. Our kitten got a collar and some more food/treats on his first birthday. You do get spammed every now and then with an email but they are pretty harmless and not that often.
Love cats but can't have one here. Read the title and fantasised for a split second that this would let me to build my own kitten. :)
