  My experience is pathetic, recently ordered via website and after 2 weeks of wait order didn't ship. I called them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was shocked to listen that you have to receive your order first then you can get your money back and also at the same time all sales of clearance items is final. I simply filed a dispute in PayPal for refund.
