any discount for the heated variant?

    • +1 I'd be interested in the heated one too. Without codes it's cheaper than the non-heated variant.

      • Might be keen on heated variant too.

I have the model without the quadricep part.

It pumps air into the material around and compresses your muscles.

I'd hardly call this a massage, also it's a bit weird with the sizing, you eventually figure out how to strap it around yourself in what you believe to be the most optimal way that you can be bothered to discover at the time.

I get feet and ankle swelling from time to time, and the compression helps with blood flow in the area giving me a respective measure to slow the process down.

It's fairly loud when in use, also storing it is a little bit annoying, as you want to keep it nearby, but just ends up getting rolled up and dumped in the wardrobe or under the bed.

    • +1

Lol. I found kind of the same thing. I'm sure this would help with blood flow and maybe at a stretch to help if your legs were tired/overused, but I bought it for massage and it doesn't really do that. I ended up sending it back in the end. Funnily enough I grabbed one of the neck/shoulder massagers from Renpho and started putting it face-up on a coffee table and resting my calves on it. Surprisingly does a decent job at getting right in there! I'm probably degrading the life of the damn thing with the weight of my meaty calves, but it sure as hell beats destroying my hands and thumbs trying to get in there manually!

    • I have looked at this so many times and get discouraged because of the bad reviews. Is it worth getting? I have arthritis and want to get something for my legs and hands

      • +1

Sorry, I'm not personally familiar with the recommended treatments for arthritis, so I couldn't give you a confident recommendation on your situation.

If the option is nothing or this, then this is probably a better choice. Though, if the alternative is potentially another device in the near future, I'd have to say go with the other product.

This isn't exactly a product they recommend to have run for an hour+, as they recommend turning it off after the program is done(20 mins).

I'd feel like you would want something that could work on your issued areas for a longer period of time, as well as being a bit more convenient to put on/take off
