Looking to fix my kid's remote control monster truck ? Is there something from Jaycar or something that I could swap it out with perhaps with a higher capacity?
What can I Change This Battery to ?

if you want to strap it on the top you can do what ever you like
Anything that's a two-cell Lipo or Li-ion will be a drop-in replacement. Heck, a pair of 18650's from an old laptop will work for ages! But yeah, anything with the 3-pin balance connector is a non-DIY solution, that will work without a problem.
Apparently cylinder cells have less discharge rate than the rectangle ones
Usually the 18650s are rated for 2C or so i.e. 2x the capacity in amps. So a 2400mAh cell will be able to output 4.8 amps for half an hour, which is fine for most small remote control devices.
Big square lipo packs like from Hobby King can go all the way up to 70C, which you need for racing drones, but they're rather expensive!
Do you mean I'll have to open up the old pack and reuse the connectors?
I don't have any soldering tools@victorngel: If you haven't got the tools or experience then I wouldn't recommend it, yeah.
Just search for "2s lipo" on eBay and match the plugs; as long as the new battery fits in your car then that'll be your best option.
Depends on what you can fit in that space?
Check Amazon or EBay ?
What do I search for?
I wouldn't change it. You could probably get another exact copy of it, but because you don't know thing things like how much current you're drawing you can't really replace it with a different model safely. Overcurrent risks damaging the battery and starting a fire.
Also I doubt you'd get anything with a higher capacity that fits in the space.
My guess is this but just some random shop and you can narrow it down for a safer option:
If you want a higher capacity then this:
This should work if it's the same connector and fits: https://www.auselectronicsdirect.com.au/rechargeable-18650-7…
