Amazingly these are actually decent prices, in particular Halo Reach for $19.95, however, you can use M$ points to buy these too.

HN have 3000 points for $44 atm, and Big W have 1500 points for $22.45, meaning Halo Reach (going for 1200 points) would actually work out to be around $17.75.

The other 3 (Mass Effect, Gears of War, and Crackdown) are $14.95 or 900 points, making it around $13 using points.

Also, I noticed via "wingman" on Gamecafe that Amazon has a Halo Reach download card for around $13.50, although it seems you have to email the seller to request he email you the code instead of sending it to your "US" address:
