Inspired by a recent posting re an laser printer I went to Amazon to look for what they had in the product type I required ie
A3 colour laser printer
On entering I get multiple offers including inkjets, a4 etc, fiddling around with quote marks doesn't help, nor can Amazon chat…………so is there a way to search for exactly what you want without any helpful(HA) filler?
try using google site:amazon.com.au
or google shopping and select amazon in the filters
Amazon's search functionality and filters has always been pretty terrible
You can’t argue with the algorithm that offers you things you didn’t know you wanted.
Do you know if quotes work? I get different results but unsure really if its working:

That whittled it down to laser printers (due to picking that subcategory when refining filters), then just gotta weed out the A3 from the a4 listings
But yeah, filtering is your friend
Thanks for all the replies, appears, in a word, "no"….at the very least a severe fiddle about to whittle down the numbers a bit….and "model number" is no good if you are doing a wide but slightly targeted search. As i said above, played with quote marks but that didn't do the job.
