      Hi FLICKIT, sorry for the confusion caused. We just received the Australia Post Contract today and haven't setup all the shipping rule on the website. At the moment we offer a flat shipping AUD6.95 Australia wide with order weight up to 500g. So yes, the shipping is $6.95 if you purchase the rubber football only. If you add other items into the cart as well, the shipping may differ and the website will automatically show the options after we setup all the shipping rules. Thanks for your advice.

        Shipping is not A$6.95 Australia wide. For example, shipping to postcode 0820 is A$14.95.

        Why is your contact phone number (07) 3040 1616 when your address is in Hornsby?

        Why does your ABN on the website (20 649 791 257) not match that on Facebook (96 615 313 883)?

          Hi alvian, thank you so much for your questions. Please bear with me to answer the questions one by one below.

          1, The shipping quote is wrong because someone set the default packing weight as 0.5kg by mistake, which means any order weight will over 0.5kg, resulting in the next level quote. I already fixed the issue. I'd like to send you a discount code for free shipping to thank you if you can email us at [email protected] attaching the email address you used for test.

          2, I'm living near Hornsby and in charge of the company operation in the warehouse while my partner's living in QLD. I'll also add my phone number in a couple of days.

          3, At the begin we used the old ABN under the name of my partner, after we registered a new company as well as business, we changed ABN but missed Facebook somehow. I'll update it on Facebook shortly.

      1, I'm so sorry about the inconvenience caused. Now you can get the shipping option once you refresh the checkout page.

      2, As you said, the staff replied the post before is indeed international, otherwise she won't treat WA as Washington. We share the oz bargain account. However, we're based in Sydney with a true warehouse and most local services(exclude part of customer service lol).
