Flybuys - How to Tell if Weekly Tracked?

Hi All,
Only really getting into rewards cards recently (Flybuys and Everyday Rewards). Currently I have a spend $70 each week for 4 weeks reward at coles and I had a shop of $120 which also qualified for another 2000 points reward. I can't see anywhere that this actually counted towards week 1.
Also I had the free spice tailor deal and that is still present on my account as an available offer. Have my rewards not been processed or is flybuys different to everyday rewards in that the offers are not removed once completed?

Is there any way to check that the week 1 purchase actually went through? Especially seeing as I just got an email (******, don't miss out on your week 1 shop - 10,000 bonus points!)

    check your receipt. it will show if you qualified

      Is there any online receipts for coles like woolworths has?

        No E receipts in app.
        Does the 2000 points reward appear in the activity tab on the app?

        Also.. the 4 week offer will disappear from the app at some point this week and reappear next week

        • The 2000 points does show up in the activity tab. Just can't see any evidence of the 4 week one being activated. No tick in the email they sent me. I will contact them I guess :)

          • @GravitySloth: Spend has registered, assuming 4 week offer was activated it will count.
            Also look on the activity tab for an entry that matches the dates of the 4 week spend with a single point awarded.example
            Personally would wait til next week's progress email before contacting them

        Always keep receipts. Since the spend was a few days ago it should appear in the ap or online. If you had the receipt and did not use your card/did not register you could go back to the store and have it credited. There is a time limit on doing this.

          Seven days, and it has to be done at the store you purchased from.

        • The app shows I spent $130 within the time limit. And I definitely had the offer activated. I also got the free spice tailor thingy but that is still in my offers list too.

    They usually send you reminder emails to track your spend achievements. It'll have the four weeks listed and a tick next to week one… I just received that email today for week 1

    Secondly.. I think (can't be sure) that the offer disappears in your activated offers in the flybuys app if you've completed the week. It then reappears in week 2. I might be wrong but I thought that's what I noticed last time…

    Also in your flybuys app, it shows your activity and dates so you could check if you've qualified. I guess the only reason you wouldn't qualify is if you didn't activate the offer?

  • Call Flybuys direct, they are usually a very helpful bunch.

    • Yes they are but the wait time can be 30 minutes.

      Facebook is much easier, and there's a chance they'll accept a screenshot of your internet banking transaction in lieu of a receipt.

    Did you actually scan the spice tailor and your flybuys card?

    • I did, and I did get that for free. It showed free on the checkout. Also, I can see that I did spend $130 on the flybuys app so I must have scanned my card.
