I picked up Squadron at 50% not long after it was released (that should've raised red flags) and I was still disappointed, stopped playing after the first couple of missions
Wow - I didn't realise that was a thing. I'll never get around to playing it but that looks amazing.
the user interface and cut scenes/voice over on these games will look dated by modern standards, but they are definitely 10x fun to play with :)

If you don't mind smashing it out in a month, I fully completed Fallen Order in a couple of weeks with an $8 EA subscription through playstation store. Cancelled right afterwards but not before playing Peggle 2 too!

I don't get the disapointment with this game. I think it's incredible. I've been clamoring for a modern update for decades to xwing, and they delivered it in spades, and actually improved on the semi-sim flight mechanics. They didn't compromise by making it arcadey like rogue squadron and everything else since.
Sure the single player is short, but it actually has one! Up until release I didn't expect that at all and just assumed it'd be multiplayer with bots, bit a narrative with a story and cutscenes.
Didn't know it had SP. ill give it a go.
