We want to improve the online retail experience for everyone by making online shopping more transparent, more reliable and a whole lot faster. No more waiting to get your things ‘next week’, or ‘within 48 hours’.

Shop in the categories of fashion, health, beauty, entertainment, home and gifts.

Be the first in queue for our exclusive preview and gain early access to discounts and special offers.

Our platform is coming soon, so we are currently allowing some exclusive customers to test drive our services for a limited time and for a small set of locations.

If you happen to be within the proximity of the locations we are trialling, you may have the chance to be selected. Early Access-ers will be rewarded with a $50 voucher to spend on gimmenow. That's free money for online shopping - delivered instantly. Why not?

You will also have the opportunity to let us know how we went, and how we can improve, to make our services the best for you and everyone.

Edited:
The first targetted areas will be in VIC metro - In particular Chadstone and surrounding areas. The website will ask you to sign up first, then after signing up go to the Early Access page and put in the right postcode and suburb name for your $50 credit.

Edit 2:
Please refer to the below article published by Commbank to prove that we're a new legit starter business:

  • how do you sign up… might help

    • I think I have fixed the post now.

Maybe you can work with Doctor Proctor on offering a speedy delivery service for jerky and biltong!

  • May be helpful to know where the trial locations are

    • First trial locations will be focused in Vic metro areas.

      • Hope you get it right else Ozbargain will be out with their pitchforks to crucify you 🤣. Check out the hate for Buy Aussie Now and Doctor Proctor. A bit OTT but heed the warning

To save people time: a real mobile number is required, otherwise you'll be stuck at registration with no way of changing it. For those who might not be comfortable putting in your mobile number on random sites please be aware.

  • Sounds like a great business idea. Thanks

This isn't a deal, this looks like a way to unethically collect users emails and then promote your service to them.

"you may have the chance to be selected" - perhaps advertise this as a competition instead.

    • +2

It's not a competition. The deal is very real - the chance of being selected just means you need to be located within the right area that we are trialling - i.e. VIC metro

      • I can see you've changed the description now.

So everyone in VIC Metro will receive $50 for signing up?

        • +1

Just checked with the CEO - the first round of $50 vouchers will be allocated first to VIC Metro - in particular Chastone and surrounding areas. So everyone in those areas will be given $50 vouchers in the first instance.

@pandabear: Disappointing bait and switch. I signed up but not in the Chadstone area.

            • -2

@0 0 0: It wasn't a bait and switch. Posted a very real deal but needed to seek further clarity in relation to the locations for the first round of vouchers. Post has been edited to reflect this now.

          • @pandabear: i didn't see an option to add a postcode on sign up. did i miss it?

            • -2

@ilovesushi: There should have been a postcode option? just in case just put in your suburb name too

              • @pandabear: nope, just name, email and phone

                • -1

@ilovesushi: Ok, so first you sign up, then sign up for early access which will ask for your address details

          • @pandabear: When will this first instance of codes be given out? Or has it already?
            Thanks.

            • -1

@gvnlm27: The app is not ready yet. Still working on the final touches ready for release. But we will be sending out confirmation emails for the voucher within the next couple of weeks. The voucher will be able to be used upon app release.

Wow, ok didn't see the edit. I signed up and only ticked promotional email, hopefully I dont get scams from my mobile number…

No you won't. Legit new starter business. Not out to sell your information.

  • "We want to improve the online retail experience for everyone by making online shopping more transparent, more reliable and a whole lot faster. No more waiting to get your things ‘next week’, or ‘within 48 hours’."

The Iconic, ASOS and others often tremendously fast, reliable delivery. Going to be surprising to see how you solve this problem.

  • another one of these… this site is due to launch soon https://www.flashmarket.com.au/ I guess if this type of thing is ever going to work it will be with lockdowns happening.

  • I’ll give it a shot, what kind of products? Could do with more Lego!

  • Can someone help me with how to make this a targeted deal?

    • I've set it as targeted. Please use the "report' button next time (found on the bottom of the deal post) if you need to report something as Targeted

      • Thanks!

        • Just letting you know I've removed the targeted flag — our definition of a targeted deal only applies when a deal applies to a select group of people and isn't open to the general public.

If we know the eligibility criteria, (for this deal, that's people living in Chadstone and surrounding suburbs) we don't apply the targeted tag.

          See https://www.ozbargain.com.au/wiki/help:targeted_offer for full explanation.

          • @scrimshaw: Ok sure! Thank you for your help!

  • With peace and love, signup was a bit onerous. Don’t force me to confirm both email and sms before I can see the product, if it’s really a business requirement to confirm both, I’d suggest moving it later in the flow.

    • Thank you for the feedback, will pass it on!

  • Email confirmation came back with a broken link, but verification went through ok, it seems.

Ok I'm in that general region, let's see how this goes…
Good luck with your new business :)

  • Hi OP, does postcode 3187 valid for the voucher?

    • go for 5km radius surrounding chadstone as a rule of thumb

  • 3163, do we get notified if we are accepted?

    • Yes, all selected customers will be notifed via email. Aiming to get these out within 2 weeks.

  • I am 3147 so just qualify, thanks might give it a go.

  • Anyone ever see anything from this?

    • Nope.

    • Yep spam and data breaches
