PS4 Move Controllers - How to Use Them?

Got the new PS4 Move Controllers set from the previous GG deal.

Am new to the move controllers so bear with me here. I used to pair a second set from EB Games but promptly refunded them as they are filthy as. I did the 'forget them' on the PS.

Now when I unbox the new Move controllers and tried charging them with those standalone chargers, there isnt any red lights flashing on both controllers. I left it to charge for 3 hours and proceed to pair them with USB cable connected directly to the PS4 and pressing the PS button. A few blinks/ flashes on the controllers and nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong?

    The batteries are flat dead.

    Are they working normally when tethered to the ps4 via usb? ie do they die as soon as you disconnect the cable? That would indicate a dead battery.

    First, find the little hole near the bottom of the move controllers and press inside with a pin to reset.

      Tried that. Gonna leave it 'charging' overnight and see what happens tomorrow morning. Thanks
